Recently, I have discovered my love for making smoothies. At the beginning of the year, I purchased a Bullet Smoothie Maker, and ever since then I haven’t been able to stop making smoothies. Some of them, like the recipe I’m about to share with you, were amazing. However some of them, like the asparagus-coconut-banana smoothie I made, made there way not to my mouth but to my trash can.
If you aren’t the most talented chef like myself, here is a delicious smoothie that is simple and speedy to make:
- Put 3 strawberries, two small handfuls of blueberries, and three baby kale leaves into a Bullet Smoothie Maker (scale the recipe up for a normal sized blender).
- Add vanilla yogurt based on your preference of viscosity and taste. More yogurt will make a creamier, thinner smoothie, but less yogurt will make a thicker smoothie with a richer taste.
- Blend it all up and enjoy!
